Business Consultation
How It Works
All services are completely customized to you. During the initial complimentary phone consultation, we discuss your goals and desires for our work together - including how often you would like to meet and what goals you would like to target at your organization. The first session together is a 2-hour, on-site evaluation and goal setting meeting, which often includes some immediate training and guidance. Within 48 hours of our first meeting, you will receive a written summary of the evaluation and action plan.
I offer complimentary analysis of the data in between scheduled sessions to ensure it is moving in the way we are hoping it will or will provide an alternative strategy to use until our next scheduled session. It is important to me that our work together results in positive, observable, quick changes in behavior and that we ensure we are always reinforcing the behaviors we want to occur more often!

Through a unique and detailed plan of action we will use behavior analytic strategies to replace undesired behaviors with desired behaviors.

You can choose the outcome you want to measure (number of clients, dollars, number of products sold, rate of sales, etc.). During our consultation sessions, we use the data to drive our conversations and our choice of strategy to achieve the desired goal.
